Hispanic Family Counseling complies with Florida’s Level 2 background screening requirements pursuant to Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, and HB 531.
All employees, contractors, and volunteers in positions designated by law must undergo background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse prior to employment.
