Many years ago, I went through a very difficult change in my life. And although the decisions made were for seeking well-being, that didn't prevent everything inside me from turning into enormous chaos.
Our humanity can be resilient and fearless, but always, at some point in life, you have to allow yourself to feel the pain of loss, of change, of need. In those moments, all that's left for us is to find our safe place.
At that time in my life, simply closing my eyes and seeing what my soul and spirit needed, helped strengthen me for that profound change I was going through.
My safe place took many forms; it was people, memories, moments, songs, prayers. They came to me to accompany me on the journey of life that I had to experience. So, if you are going through a decisive moment right now, remember to close your eyes and seek the sound of that space within or outside of you that brings you balance and allows you to hear the voice guiding you towards healing.
