Group Therapy

Group therapy involves one or more psychologists who lead a group of roughly five to 15 patients. Many groups are designed to target a specific problem, such as depression, survivor of suicide, panic disorder, social anxiety, chronic pain or substance abuse. Other groups focus more generally on improving social skills, helping people deal with a range of issues such as anger, shyness, loneliness, and low self-esteem.

Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy helps couples of all types recognize and resolve conflicts and improve their relationships. Through counseling, you can make thoughtful decisions about rebuilding and strengthening your relationship or going your separate ways. Marriage counseling typically includes both partners, but sometimes one partner chooses to work with a therapist alone. The specific treatment plan depends on the situation.
