is searching for Clinical Therapists to service Osceola County.

Clinical Therapist 


Provide counseling services to individuals with social and emotional needs. Complete clients paperwork including, but not limited to, intake forms, treatment plans, and bio-psychosocial forms. The majority of the sessions take place at the client's residence. This position will service Osceola County.


Must have a Master's Degree in social work, mental health, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or similar license to practice in the state of Florida. Registered Interns in the state of Florida. Bilingual candidates highly preferred.

Hispanic Family Counseling, Inc. 
is looking for an office manager that can also give clinical administrative support at our Community Mental Health Center.  This person will do Human Resources for our employees, as well as run company meetings and assist with managing operations at our Community Mental Health Center.


  • Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English Professional Proficiency Level)
  • Knowledge and experience in Business Administration and Health Services Administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Bachelor in Business Administration
  • Master Degree in Health Services Administration
  • Completed Florida Department of Children and Families Trainings and Developments;
    • Identifying and Reporting Child Abuse and Neglect
    • Security Awareness Training   
    • HIPAA Training
    • Deaf and Hard of Hearing Training Modules 1, 2, 3, and 4 

Quality Needs

  • Able to manage projects in an organized and efficient manner
  • Must be have strong interpersonal, intrapersonal, project management and communicational skills
  • Experience in healthcare and/or healthcare environment
  • Must have knowledge regarding staffing, planning people management, promotion and marketing
  • Able to manage people with understanding and compassion
  • Willing to learn electronic health records computer system
  • Team player
  • Able to take charge and delegate tasks
  • Must be proficient with the use of Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Adobe Acrobat and  other computer programs.

Experience Requirements (preferred)

  • Experience at a medical office, healthcare clinic, or similar setting as an administrative staff.
  • Experience with insurance billing processes
  • Experience with HR policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of HIPAA policies preferred
